****REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH**** 
1. DEPOSITS: Are required and due upon booking . Please BOTH pay a deposit as well as book the service you would like done! Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE. Remaining balance is due at the end of your service IN CASH. 
2. LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period with no exceptions. After the grace period is up you will be charged a $20 late fee. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be transferred or refunded. 
3. NO-SHOWS: If you do not show up you will be charged a $30 fee and will NO longer be able to book with The Lab. 
4. Hair is included in most styles, please be sure to read all notes that will include extra fees and more information. 
5. Please come with your hair washed, blow dried, and grease free, unless you book a wash with your service. We always want to work on a clean scalp.  
6. I do accept appointments before 10:00am and after 7:00pm for an extra $20 fee. Contact me directly to book via text, call, email, or DM ! 
7. Always add in the notes what color, design, or style you would like and any questions you may have . 
8. CONFIRMATION: You will receive a confirmation text after you pay your deposit with the address and further details for your appointment.
